What method of payment does Infinity
Cable Products accept?
| We accept MasterCard, Visa and American
Express credit cards. Orders can also be sent COD. A UPS COD charge of $6.00 PER PARCEL
will be added to the order. We also accept Purchase Orders from customers who have been
approved for credit by our credit department. All applicable California State sales tax
will be added to the order for California customers without a resale certificate. Web
orders are protected with a secure server. This encrypts all information you input before
it is sent to us and is protected against unauthorized access. top |
How does Infinity Cable Products ship
orders?
| Most orders are shipped via UPS ground.
Orders can be expedited by clicking on UPS Red (next day), UPS Blue (2 day) or UPS Orange
(3 day). Orders can also be shipped via Federal Express as long as an account number is
provided. top |
What is Infinity Cable Products return
policy?
| Please call our Sales Department at (800)
486-3168 to be issued an Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly
marked on the box(s). Ship all returns freight pre-paid to us at 1229 E. Walnut St.
Carson, CA 90746. Infinity Cable Products will pay return freight only if the returns are
due to defect, damage or our error. Upon return of the RA, we will either repair,
replace, refund or issue a credit to your account. Products returned for reasons other
than defect, damage or our error will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Custom manufactured
products are not returnable for reasons other than those stated above. top |
